After a day and a half of low carbs, cardio including Burpees and super sets of ab work, the Beast was saying FEED ME. Post cardio breakfast including additional carbs. Chicken breast, red potato, half a bagel, red peppers and asparagus with drizzles of hot sauce. Yummy! The Beast is happy now.
