I ve found this recipe on a german website which is called abnehmtricks-und-abnehmtipps.de. For 12 bars you need to mix 70g protein (chocolate/hazelnut), 3 egg yolk, 2tsp cacaco, 1p. Baking powder and 100ml soy milk. Whisk stiff 4 egg whites and mix it with the other ingredients. Spread it Out an a baking tray and put it in the oven for 15minutes (150 Celsius). For the cream mix 250g curd cheese and 30g protein (Vanilla/coconut). It is a little healthy Snack in between. It has A lot of Protein and is very low in carbs. Enjoy .
