What u need for 2 wraps; 400g of lean ground meat (Roast gently), add 1tsp low fat cream cheese, 2tsp tomatoe paste, Chopped onions, 2 bell peppers (chopped), garlic powder, pepper, herbage you like. Clean the lettuce and fill it with your mixture of meat. Roll it up and enjoy your low carb meal which is also high in protein.
