My friend from college years send me this yesterday. He said this was you. I thought to myself .... Never again. Grew up not knowing the importance of good nutrition and training. Started serious lifting not too long ago. Key is consistency and willingness to sacrifice. My family has a history of diabetes, heart attacks and blood pressure. I don't want to die young, I don't want to think when I am old that I could have changed things. Do it now. It's never too late. Yes when I look in the mirror I sometimes see the person on left, not lying, still a fat girl in my head. But hey when I walk in to the gym I OWN it and that is my drive. Find your drive and make it happen. Hope this inspires you to take that step ahead:)
