Finally doing some meal prep..just 3 days worth at a time and still need to do my proteins.. Today is the very first day I was able to get my whole lunch down within 30 mins! So far I've consumed everything I'm supposed to and on track with the day's schedule. Feeling so much more organized! Still to come, lower body workout ... :p
