Slowly been coming back to the gym since my medical mishap and feeling better everyday! I'm only doing cardio, abs, and a little bodyweight work but you gotta start somewhere. It's gonna be a process fully recovering and it'll be much slower than I would like but positive thoughts and determination and motivation for when I'm 100% healthy will keep me on track. Stay smart, then come back stronger. No excuses. Meeting with a cardiologist very soon to discuss when I can get back to lifting! Follow my fitness Instagram @anabolicaliens for daily motivation!
