People on social media only show you the parts of their lives that they want you to see. In this photo you see a very attractive fit girl. Many people will scroll through others Instagrams and Facebooks and think that the other person's life must be PERFECT! Far from it! Behind the beautiful smile is a 27 year old women who is incredibly insecure and fragile. She struggles with depression and emotional mood swings. Somedays she breaks down and thinks it would just be better not to wake up in the morning, a very selfish thought. You see this picture and say I wish I had that body, her life. Don't be ENVIOUS of others. I strive everyday to become better than I was the day before. I struggle A LOT! Be appreciative for what you have in your own life!! Definitely struggling tonight.
