Morningtime is oatmealtime! Today there is; an banana walnut cinnamon oatmeal. Mix 50g oats, cinnamon, 3 Drops of myprotein flavdrops banana , 1 banana (Chopped) and water. Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Let it cool down for a couple of minutes and add 20g of walnuts. So delicious! Hope you have a great Start to the week fitfam.
