With a weight session yesterday morning and then cardio sessions afternoon and then again first thing this morning, my appetite and metabolism are jacked. Added some complex carbs to this meal to feed the beast and then except for some pineapple at my. 9 AM meal, carbs until my pre workout meal will be all green veggies. This meal is round steak, 1/2 a bagel, roasted potato, broccoli, asparagus and Crystal Light.
