Saturday Is baking Day! I looooove it! If you like blueberries and cocos you should try that recipe and follow me on Instagram 2_soph ! Mix 100g flour (spelt), 2tbsp. Bakingsoda, 100g powdered almonds and 50g oats. Take a Second Bowl and mix 1 egg, Vanilla aroma, 3tbsp fructose, 100ml rape oil and 200g low fat yoghurt. Mix both and add 200g blueberries. Put in The oven for 25-30min 175 degrees. For the Topping mix 250g curd cheese with 25g cocos Protein and a small amount of water. If you like, add rasped cocos. Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend fitfam. :)
