We started a nutrition program which is called "myline". Today I tried One of the baking recipes. It is actually not the healthiest cake but it tasted good and it has less fat and sugar than a regular cake. Besides there is more protein in it. You mix; 250g Butter (semibold), 150g fructose, lemon zest (1/2), 2 eggs, 2 eggwhites, 450g flour, 2 scoops protein (stracciattela), 200ml milk , 1 package baking powder, 80g apple Sauce (unsweetened) and 70g chocolate Chips (dark). Heat oven to 160 C, for 50-60minutes. I think it goes great as a birthday cake or If you want to bring a treat somewhere. Cause we know not everything we like people who doesn't live our lifestyle also like. So It is a great opportunity to do them a favor for their health & joy for their roof of the mouth.
