Don't be afraid to lift ladies! On the left-I used to train for half marathons and marathons, never enjoyed really lifting weights, that quickly changed, I now limit cardio to 1 to 2 days a week (unless I am on the end of prep), lift heavy weights, and stick to a clean, while food nutrition plan!
