Hit the local park and ran hill sprints x 12, then 12 50 meter sprints with either 10 burpees or 10 kettlebell swings at the end , next 5 rounds of stairs (350 steps) followed by 25 meter sprint at the top . Next 5 rounds frog hops up the stairs ( 350 steps ) followe by 20 lunges at the top ! Smoked !
