Week 4 already! Man seeing great progress so far down to 150 lbs and going to try to slow it down a little bit but I think adding in the higher intensity stuff has increased my fat burning will monitor things as I up my carbs from 200 grams to 220 grams and see how that goes to help keep my muscle mass that I have gained. My protein is at 230 grams and fats are 60 grams. Went down on fats but have tried to transition towards healthier choices for fats like almonds.
