They say, " oh I went to the gym today, or I ate healthy for this one meal" But the question you have to ask yourself is, "What did you do in the gym.. What did you do in the kitchen" Every single day.. Not just one time, it's everyday. Do the process. Don't just go through the motions. Anyone who is successful in business or the fitness industry understand this. They gave it their heart and souls for weeks, for months, for years to get to where they are today.
