OVERALL RATING
Day #4 of mission #stayingaccountable Down 1.5lb and a lose of a quarter inch off the waist. All that I have changed is my thought process. I have been given the tools from @biolayne to change the way I see food and my life with food so all I have to do is STICK TO IT! I have been hitting my #macros as closely as possible (trying to stay within the 5g mark) and most importantly LISTENING TO MY BODY. There have been mornings that 5hrs of sleep was just not enough, so I hit the snooze button and added a few more hours to my rest period. It is amazing how much the body will reward you when you listen to her. I have not missed a lifting session just made changes to the time of day it happens. I have stayed consistent, continue to lift #HEAVY, incorporating the foods I LOVE (to avoid binges) and more importantly... LIVING LIFE with the notion that #iamenough ( thank you @brooke) . #iifym #doyouevenscience #teamnorton
