Late night pump after hitting chest and tris last night! My body fat is back down to 8.5% so we shall see where 2 more weeks of my cutting program takes me! After that, it's back to strength training but I'm gonna be power-building meaning training like a powerlifter but eating like a bodybuilder to keep my summer aesthetics!
