`Cutting' Post Workout Meal

Today's post workout meal. I had a protein shake with a little Waxy Maize(carbs) a few minutes ago. Now some chicken breast, tilapia , a small roasted red potato, broccoli and Crystal Light. Two CLA capsules ( helps with fat burning) also taken with water. A few weeks ago, there was no broccoli and much more complex carbs ( more potatoes) and sometimes sugary carbs.
