Here is my food for the work week (other than my evening family dinner). With dinner, this is around 2000 calories. About 225-250 grams from protein, about 100-125 grams from carbs, and the rest from healthy fats. Oh... That count includes 2 servings of @optimumnutrition gold standard double rich chocolate whey protein shake mixed in almond milk (so good). Yes... It's a boatload of veggies and fruit, but lower carb and nutrient dense (and low GI). So I can eat a ton. Proteins are chicken breast, salmon, lean ground sirloin, Greek yogurt, and whey protein shake. #mealPrep #mealPrepSunday #gettingFit #healthy
