I've come up with a quick and tuna meal for my workday 9AM and 3 PM feedings. My boss has loosened up on the No Eating in Cubes rule in the building. I think it helps that he joined a gym for the 1st time a month ago. It has to be discreet and can't smell. What I am eating is a can of tuna mixed with relish and mustard to counter the dryness of the tuna, topped with a chopped hard boiled egg, red pepper and cucumber. Its tasty , loaded with protein and I can add a potato for carbs at 9 AM. The left is the tuna to start , the right is the end product.
