Abs are 100% brought out by your efforts in the kitchen however like any muscle group they need to be stimulated in order to grow/change/reshape. Typically I would never spend more than 1 day a week isolating them and even then it's always ever been stability ball exchanges superset with some form of planking. With 47 days to go I'm busting my *** and my abs daily....why? Not because I'm hoping it will change a lot in that short of time frame but because it makes me feel good, keeps me focused and obviously because I love this ****!!!
