rest week

Yep bottom left is after zee coach tells me 'mandatory rest day for the next 72 hours'... Mentally I AM ON FIRE But every molecule in my body is screaming 'uncle' this week...so two options: 1. Panic, push through and risk everything I have worked so hard for this last 11 weeks as its only a matter of time before I burnout or worse get injured. OR 2. Listen to my body (and coach) and take a break. The iron isn't going anywhere and either is this bodyfat if I don't give my system a rest. So I'll tie my hands together, keep diet 100% because that's really what matters and keep myself busy ...wait busier.... to occupy my time I would have spent in the gym(a whopping 48 minutes on average)....then when I've allowed my cortisol levels to balance back out, my aches and pains to disperse and my overall system to chill....i'll come back hungrier!! Can't be a #BeYOUtifulbeast without the beauty sleep!!! Ps. Still smiling!!!
