work easter egg

I met someone at work who let me in on a secret. There was a stairwell in the hospital where people ascended everyday to keep their fitness goals on track. She let me invite myself and I climbed more floors than I knew the hospital even had. At the top, by the helicopter pad, is an inspiration wall that many other employees sign to keep themselves accountable and cheer each other on. There's even a flier that tells you the equivalent of walking the stairs in the Twin Towers so you can climb for those we have lost. This was an amazing moment of zen for me. Feeling like there are likeminded people in my company--even though I don't know any of them--helps keep me going. Much love, Fit Fam! And happy Saturday!
