Last night turned into early this morning...and I feel GREAT. Prep life does not have to mean NO life. It all comes down to a mindset, and when I do decide to partake in social events that some would assume present as a challenge I remind myself of this *I don't need liquor to have laughter....water is free and although by the end of the night I started spending more time in the pisser than I did public, I awoke headache and furthermore hangover free. *Eat before you leave, take diet appropriate snacks/meals in your purse and remind yourself... "I eat for fuel not for fun". When you start to see each meal as having a purpose towards your progress you won't want to jeopardize that for a fat burger with a side of menchies. Remember 9 times out of 10 YOU ARE not actually HUNGRY! *wake up into routine.... Yes sleep is important- and obviously the 3.5 hours I got was not enough but tossing a wrench in my routine isn't going to make prep any easier. So rise and routine no matter what last nights circumstances were. Feeling refreshed, re-energized and ready to conquer all the ups and downs that lie ahead in the next #70days. Cardio killer with this ***** of an acquaintance today!!
