Supplementing my interval cardio interval run-walk this morning and recover from yesterday lifting day for recovery. Its called my \"XTEND FLOOD\" shot drink. 4 SCOOPS OF XTEND SCIVATION, 2 SCOOPS OF WHITE FLOOD, AND MIXED WITH 16-24 OZ OF COLD WATER.
