My best of the following : Bench press= 180 x 10 reps, squatting= 240 x 6 reps, barbell curl= 90 x 10 reps, dumbbell hammer curls= 42.5 each x 6 reps, leg press= 380 x 10 reps, shoulder press dumbbell= 42.5 each x 8 reps, lat pull downs= 240 x 6 reps, barbell hammer rows= 110 x 10 reps, deadlifts= 120 x 6 reps, dumbbell flat flys= 35 each x 10 reps, incline bench press= 110 x 8 reps, push-ups in one go= 300, basic plank core hold= 5 mins, body weight chest dips in one go= 55, 120 kg calf raises on leg press machine in one go= 65. I fits ever walked into the gym not knowing what the hell I was doing, I worked every muscle group for 3 hrs every day 5 days per week for ages, then I started searching on line and watching videos and talking to heaps of trainers and reading magazines and watching people, I learnt and I got goin then I got recognised by the owner of the gym I was training at and he took me under his wing and showed me some things to get me to the next level, I built my way up and then one day a personal trainer walks in to my gym and asked if I wanted to train with him as a training partner and I took the opportunity and learnt even more, he noticed me and wanted to train with me and I was stoked, now I'm on my way to the next level after 5 years of hard work I just can't wait to see what the next 5 bring :)
