Booty Talk.... #fact: posing is the art of assuming a particular stance in hopes of impressing others....hence why bodybuilding has mandatory poses. I practice posing everyday for two reasons 1. To ensure my body naturally flows and transitions into the judges expectations while on stage 2. Everyone's body is different therefore certain angles work better for my build than that of the competitor who will be standing next to me. Now let's talk this epidemic of booty poses that is blowing up newsfeeds.....and even more so causing hard feelings amongst women in general... Two points: 1. Who the Fxck cares if Jane Doe puts a little swerve into her Sass to enhance that curve....??? As long as Jane is comfortable with it, why does it matter to the rest of the world? I understand that some say it provides false hope for those consumed with becoming the girls in their feeds(reminder: you will never be the girl in your newsfeed... Why? Because you are you, and you will only ever be the best version of YOU!) ... but ladies lets be realistic---bootys are not built over night.... Hell its not even built over weeks. It takes years to obtain Latona glutes (Amanda Latona that is) and even then that girl knows how to work her curve!! 2. No matter how much you bend, twist, squeeze.... No *** is still no *** so rather than ridicule those who may be 'tweaking their assets', take that energy and go #grind #hustle and #work on your own.....and someday it won't matter what position you're posing in, there will always be GLUTES! Pose 1: relaxed Pose 2: slouching Pose 3: enhanced Ps. By no means is this an attack for those who post booty shots(again I do it)....and by no means is it an attack against those who oppose them!
