My weekly nutrition tip: Choose low GI foods to help satisfy you and stabilise your blood sugars. Remember, however that GI LOAD (ie the amount you eat) is just as important. LOW GI does not necessarily = lower calories! Including a source of protein/fibre/good fats in your meals can help lower the overall GI of your meal and sustain you for longer.
