Today's rundown: 1. 3 m incline walk 3.5 10% 2. Side shuffles 30 seconds/10 squats on side rails of treadmill/ rest remaining 30seconds(typically should be 12-15s) Repeat other side. Alternate this pattern 3x per side Rest 1 m 3. 30 sec sprints max speed 30 sec rest Repeat 5x Rest 1m 4. 15s sprint 15s rest 30 s sprint 30 s Rest 45s sprint 45s rest 5. 30 sec sprints max speed 30 sec rest Repeat 5x Rest 1m Steady pace bike- was supposed to be 10 minutes but turned into 15m....lost track with the selfies!!! #justbeingreal
