Day 1 of 30 days of 2 green smoothies a day. I've always loved having green smoothies, but I want to push myself to have them everyday. Mostly greens and a little fruit for flavor. Spinach, kale, chia seeds, almond milk, ice, a few strawberries and blue berries, and a piece of pineapple (which helps the taste a lot!)
