I LOVE learning new exercises and don't care if I look silly or uncoordinated. Yesterday, I learned star squats. The movement is explosive, so no one caught the up position of the exercise on camera. Basically, your body forms an "X" in the air. Super fun!!! Here's me looking like a frog on the squat portion of the exercise ;D Video to follow
