Fact: using Molly McButter will NOT give you abs.... But using it to get through your contest prep will definitely make your taste buds happy. I have always been a fairly clean eater and yes I said clean and no not because I don't believe in the whole a calorie is a calorie is a calorie but I do believe in fueling your body with wholesome sources of foods. Foods that are not processed or caked in refined sugars, so clean in the sense that they have not been chemically altered, not clean because I use Windex to wash them!!! (Insert famous YouTube roast to 'clean eaters' here) Side note: If I could live off blue whales and gummy bears I WOULD but it doesn't eliminate the fact that when I eat crap I feel like crap! Kudos to those that can and still feel great. But even then EVERYONE's bodies and moreso tolerances for ANY source of food is different and sometimes even the most wholesome sources of nutrition still don't sit well. I've had a long time love affair with oatmeal, especially when it comes to my morning protein waffles. However lately I have been reacting adversely post meal 1(bloating, aching, constipation) so I started a little process of elimination with my coach *began with the artificial sweetners I was drenching my waffles in. *subbing sweet potatoes in place of oats. *oats were gluten free already *??????due to this I had to switch to egg omelettes and say goodbye this last week to the waffles. ....Yes I miss them but I'll take waffle abs over waffle breakfast for the next #101days.
