Meal Prep Week 4. Still going strong!!! #MealPrepSunday According to the Bodybuilding.com email I got earlier this week, 52% of challengers give up in week 3. I'm not one of them. I am still pushing and super motivated to be a better version of myself. Each week is a challenge but I am getting stronger and the food I prep each week fuels my fire. Mixing up breakfast and lunch meals each week to not get bored. Breakfast - 4 eggs, 2 turkey sausage and 100% Whole Wheat English muffin with PB and banana. Lunch - mix of Chicken, green beans and sweet potatoes. Salmon, brown rice, and veggies. Tilapia, brown rice and veggies. Dinner - Chicken, brown rice and veggies. Keep bringing it! Focus!
