I drink 2 cup black coffee(200mg caffeine) by it self about 10 mins before I leave. Then mix 5g Arginine, 6g Beta Alanine, and 5g Creatine in 1 cup of almond milk for taste. Slam and drive to the gym. By the time I finish my stretching and warmup you can really feel and see it working. Let's roll! haha
