I couldn't help but notice how much perkier my booty's gotten! No wonder Ive ripped so many jeans and have needed to go up 2 sizes this year... BUTT I aint complainin'! Its really paid off since Ive been focusing on way heavier squats, deadlifts, and lunges to build these babies up (especially with ProjectMass). I heard some guy tellin a chick that squats would make her lose her booty.. NO! Its quite the opposite, ladies... Its more like "DO NOT do heavy squats if you dont want rounder/fuller and more toned glutes!" DoYourSquats!
