So today I ran into a fellow bodyspace.com member and we had a flex off. I am so proud of my legs and how they are FINALLY catching up to the rest of my body after about 2.5 years of weight training and a year+ of running and marathon training before that. Like my awesome trainer James Wilson always says "consistency is key". Remember that! Don't give up on your goals!
