Sometimes I get the great privilege of training with her at my gym. She is probably the only girl that I know who can squat 2 1/2 times her weight and outlifts a lot of guys. She is always willing to help me out at the gym when she can and trains with such intensity, which is probably the reason that she placed first at Powerlifting Nationals last year. Kelly is a sister in iron. :)
