Squats - increase lb each set Set 1: 12-15 Set 2: 10-12 Set 3: 8-10 Set 4: 6-8 Single leg seated hamstring curls 15/15/8----Lying hamstring curls 3x15 (toes neutral/in/out)---single leg stiff leg deadlifts 3x12---weighted walking lunges 3x20---narrow stance leg press superset calf extensions on press machine 3x15---leg extensions PUMP set---6x10 with 10 second hold(flex hard) at top of 10th rep. NO REST. Do all 6 sets consecutively. ....then seizure on the floor as the blood rushes back down your legs!!! Ps. Don't forget to GRUNT #sorrynotsorry #legday
