Made this in ten mins, super easy and fast. 1277 cal, 169carb, 68pro, 34fat. Cook your noodles 7mins, strain and rinse in hot water add everything into the pot mix and heat for 2 mins, add hot sauce to your liking, eat. Not sure if everyone can eat this much at a time. However, I eat four meals a day and 3400 calories so I try to make it as simple as possible.
