off season build

Great job today sculpt and tone class- I've embraced my off season to build with coaching from my friend and fellow #teambbcom teammate @brandanfokken Im happy with the gains and look forward to the next few weeks of seeing hard work pay off as I get ready for the Arnold Classic. Ready for the shoulder to keep growing- I've increased my strength for some new PR on shoulders and back!!
