I do love eating healthy... And I've learned how to balance my cravings ... No one is perfect but you have to put in the work .. Prep meals.. Bring Herut snacks like nuts, yogurts, string cheese.. Protein powder or bars ... I even take a lemon or two for my water to stay away from sugary sodas. It's all about choices.. Choose to be healthy. :)
