Most people have the circle of change backwards... They expect to feel good before they decide to make the choice to take a chance on something outside their comfort zone. Sometimes I think we spend so much time on What and How we are going to do something that when it comes time to actually doing it we are already exhausted from all the mental prep leading up to it. Tip: quit planning so much...just do it! You can't control your emotions but you can control how your react to those emotions. All to often I see people giving immense amounts of energy to 'how am I feeling?'. I credit a large amount of the anxiety I experience daily(yes daily) due to overthinking my emotions. If it's a good day, rather than just accept it I used to find myself prepping for just how long it would last until the next bad day arrived and when it was a bad day I would become so consumed with how to make it a good day. Reality is everyday is a DAY, good or bad, excited or exhausted, anxious or content, to simply get whatever it is your doing, done. So go ahead, make a choice, take a chance, and feel free to go ahead and #change. Jill
