After 15 plus years of training, tonight was the first time I ever took my gym bag out on the floor. Everyone else does it. No one follows any rules. Notice in the picture someone left their DB on the bench next to me . Half the. DB rack was empty and crap was scattered everywhere. No more of being the fool.
