New macros are going good, protein is easy to hit after eating 270+ gram protein a day with a 45carb/35pro/25fat ratio. Upped my calories from 2900, aiming for 3200-3300 depending on my day and 1 gram protein per pound body weight. Main goal is to no longer use protein shakes. I lost 20lbs in 16 weeks on a lean cut. Interested to see how my body reacts to carbs as the main energy source.
