Yesterdays 2.5 hour glute/ham/quad/calf/toe and whatever else qualifies as lower body made for some serious FULL legs this morning. Hack squats SL wide stance DEADS single leg press SL hammy curls Glute kickbacks Adduction Abduction Step ups And lunges upon lunges upon lunges Finished with 10 m KB swings vs. snatch and a little stepper to burn it all out!!!
