Still nursing my left wrist which currently has tendinitis. Tried doing some work with my curl bar with maybe 30-40 lbs and it felt weak but not as much pain. So I'm getting better. New program starts like in 5 days so I'm not really working it. Lots of cardio minimal lifting for now. Come January 1, 2015 it's on!!! ;)
