If you like it, ask and if you don't, ask yourself why/how their choices are directly affecting you?....there NOT!!! No two people are ever the same therefore don't focus on what the person training beside you is or is not doing...just because it's their way does not necessarily mean it is your way too! Find what works for you and just do YOU....me and my beautiful beast training partners are complete opposites right now when it comes to lifting but yet we are completely the same when it comes to heart, passion and drive as we both chase our OWN level of greatness.
