Irony: when your shirt says #LIVE #LOVE #LIFT....and you're on a FAQ-ing spin bike!! Got a little creative today pre-bike to break up my cardio! Figured I would share as many of you can do it over the holidays. Gather all equipment prior to starting as rests are just long enough to transition to next exercise 30 KB snatch per arm 25 bosu burpee presses 20 KB swings 19 Everest climbers *per leg 18 jump lunges *per leg 15 jump squats 10 hanging leg raises 9 BB/KB upright rows 8 BB/KB push press 7 plyo push ups OR regular 6 KB squat press 5 tuck jumps 4 inch worms to push up 3 Bb snatch or double KB snatch 2 box jumps 1 burpee tuck jump Done! #chasing2015
