This is sad, I guess I was too sleepy this morning and didn't see that I wasnt' taking a clear pict of my scale, anyhow looks like I'm loosing 1 lbs per day so far, Today is 122.4 lbs, this is Day 3 of the 30 Days Out. Which is is good I'm don't want to loose too much too fast since all I need is to burn some fat.
