I weighed myself yesterday and realized that I was the same exact weight that I was when I started this whole journey! BUT, I have a totally different body. This is the amazing proof of what clean eating and weightlifting can do. During my initial weight loss, from picture on the left (130lbs), I got all the way down to 112lbs, which was WAY to ripped, lean, and skinny for my personal body type. I WANTED MY MUSCLE! So, now here I am back where I started, but completely different. That's what muscle can do. Don't be afraid to lift ladies!
